- Remove the "Copy" button from the toasts in favor of a more extensible popup menu (this fixes the right-click menu that did not work that well).
- Add the ability to copy the toast text or the toast HTML in case of upstream markdown messages.
- Do not close pinned toasts.
- More aggressive disposal of cache items when a connection is dropped.
